There are a lot of positive factors before the opening, once they disappear the market is to decline until 12h05 or 14h25. 14h25 might then be a longer term buying opportunity.

MARKET COMMENTARY
I am expecting a sharp drop for tomorrow (February 14, update has been released on February 13 at 10 pm). Likely the market (futures) will make their high before the opening. After 14h25 the market might rise again........

which trade to choose depends really on the chart. A clear low on a 1 to 3 minute chart is a clear advantage. All of the above times stand out as turns, the decision for a SELL or a HIGH is sometimes not easy, although 13h35 is indicated as a HIGH.

The time is not exact to the minute here. I have many indications for a significant high between 12h45 and 13h15, and I have just picked one, 12h55 is another one. But overall the many indications indicate a significant time on a 5 or 10 minutes chart, ideally the high of day.
