Your order with Rosecast.com is secure using Credit Cards and/or Debit Cards

Recently it happened to me that a merchant has done an unauthorized transaction on my debit card because the merchant had been in possession of my card number. I have then asked the credit card company how a merchant can charge my card without possessing my signature, any written order or my Pin or security code. The answer is: "All is needed for the merchant is the card number. Once a merchant has your card number he can charge whatever amounts he wants on your card." Of course you can later (once you receive the statements or see the statements online) file a complaint with the card company and get the funds back by litigation, but who wants to go through that hassel. Better not to give your card number to any merchant that is not fully trustworthy.

Your credit card details are not even known to me or anybody else at Rosecast.com, since only the companies www.paypal.com and www.kagi.com are in possession of your credit card details.

Subscriptions

If you have a subscription with Rosecast.com and would like to cancel your subscription, then in the case of ordering with www.kagi.com just do nothing. Your subscription will be cancelled automatically. Kagi.com will only rebill a subscription, if you reply to a written email in which Kagi asks you for permission to rebill you.
In the case of ordering with Paypal - in order to cancel your Rosecast subscription - you need to log into your account with www.Paypal.com. Then click on "Rosecast subscription" and then click on "cancel" and "confirm cancel". You do not need to inform Rosecast.com of you wish to cancel your subscription, since Paypal.com will notify Rosecast.com and yourself by automatic email, if you cancel your Rosecast.com subscription. Rosecast.com will then continue to deliver to you, until your subscription has expired.

Summary

Rosecast.com and or Markus Rose are ARE NOT credit/debit card merchants and are NEVER in possession of your credit/debit card details. Therefore Markus Rose or Rosecast.com cannot rebill a subscription to you or charge your card for any other unwanted service, since your card number is NOT KNOWN to Markus Rose or Rosecast.com, when you order from the Rosecast.com website.
Only Kagi.com and Paypal.com (who act as merchants on behalf of Rosecast.com) can charge your credit card and only if you order with them. It is easy and effortless to cancel any subscription with them. It is therefore not required to notify Rosecast.com if you order a product or cancel a product, since Kagi.com and Paypal.com will notify Rosecast.com automatically. Nevertheless we are thankful for any feedback to our products.
If you do not want to order with credit card at all, then please contact us by email. You can order also by bank wire or with Moneygram or Western Union.
