Services and Payment
Rosecast Astro Services, Inc. offers software products designed by Markus
Rose related to astrology, astrological indicators for market timing, books
about astrology edited by Markus Rose and subscriptions to the password-protected sites. Payment is
usually effected by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover) through the payment services of
http://www.kagi.com or other online
merchants. All services are settled in US$ .
Subscription
Every subscriber receives a username and a password to access the protected area during
subscription. Subscribers receive also email updates to one email address
specified. The authorization code is not transferable. Circulating any information from
the password-restricted sites is strictly prohibited without prior consent. Passing the
access code or protected information is a breach of contract and entitles
Rosecast AstroServices, Inc. to cancel the
access and retain all subscription fees prepaid.
Cancellation of Newsletter / Refund Policy:There are no
refunds and no proportional refunds for any Rosecast subscriptions except as stated below under
paragraph 7.
The monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly or yearly Rosecast subscription through
our payment agents can be cancelled at any time (even one day or a few hours
BEFORE the subscription renews automatically) by sending an e-mail to
m@rosecast.com.
Upon cancellation you will
still receive daily updates and be able to log into the subscriber area until the final day that
your
subscription terminates.
Privacy Policy All personal data are used for accounting and customer
administration only. We do not release any data to third parties. However, we
cannot influence the privacy policy of our payment agents (Kagi.com), therefore
we are not able to make any guarantees in this regard.
Other
Rosecast Astro Services Inc. is reserving the right to cease all services at any time without giving
reasons. In this case all subscription fees prepaid are proportionally refunded.
Delaware law applies, place of performance and venue is
Wilmington, Delaware.
